Children from 0 to 1.99 years old are accommodated free of charge and do not pay for New Year’s dinner.

Price for children from 2 until 11.99 years old accommodated on an additional bed is 70% of the price from a regular bed in a double room.

The price for a third adult accommodated on an additional bed is 85% of the price from a regular bed in a double room.

Price for New Year’s Dinner for children from 2 until 11.99 years old in is 320.00 BGN.

5% discount for a group reservation of 10 double rooms for a minimum of 2 nights stay.

Payment and cancellation:

All reservations are confirmed after they are 100% prepaid within 5 business days.

Free amendments and cancellations of already confirmed reservations are accepted up to 10 business days after the reservation is confirmed, but no later than 14.12.2022. After this period of 10 business days for all amendments and cancellations, the prepaid amounts will be non-refundable.

Reservations made after 14.12.2022 should be paid 100% in advance within 1 business day of receipt of confirmation.

In case of No show, the entire amount for the requested services remains non-refundable.
Covid-19 cancellation:

In case of force majeure related to the impossibility and prohibition of travel between cities, the amount paid in advance will be fully refunded.

In case of force majeure and lock down due to a regulation of the Ministry of Health, the amount paid in advance will be fully refunded.

If placed in quarantine or isolation due to direct or indirect contact with covid-19 and impossible at tendance, the amounts paid in advance are non-refundable.
