Price for one night of accommodation

The price for the accommodation includes:

• The number of nights with breakfast included
• Brunch on the 1^st of January from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM
• Late check out on the 1^st of January until 2:00 PM
• Free entrance for the SPA Center Grand including: indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, salt room, Jacuzzi
• Free parking spots (subject to availability)
• Insurance, tourist tax, and VAT

Additional conditions:

• Children from 0 to 1.99 years old are accommodated free of charge.
• Price for children from 2 until 11.99 years old accommodated on an additional bed is 70% of the price of a regular bed in a double room.
• The price for a third adult accommodated on an additional bed is 85% of the price of a regular bed in a double room.
• 5% discount for a group reservation of 10+ double rooms for a minimum of 2 nights stay.

Payment and cancellation policy:

• All reservations are confirmed after they are 100% prepaid within 5 business days.
• Free amendments and cancellations of already confirmed reservations are accepted up to 10 business days after the reservation is confirmed, but no later than 11.12.2024.
  Аfter this period of 10 business days for all amendments and cancellations has passed, the prepaid amounts will be non-refundable.
• Reservations made after 11.12.2023 should be paid 100% in advance within 1 business day of receipt of confirmation.
• In case of No show, the entire amount for the requested services remains non-refundable.
